We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, including children. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our application.

Age Requirements and Child Accounts
Account Creation
- Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account with login credentials
- Parents/guardians may create profiles for children under 13 within their parent account
- Children under 13 do not have separate login credentials or accounts
Children Under 13
- • Profiles created by parents (no login, no password, no email)
- • We collect only display name and task completion data
- • Parents control all data and can view/delete it at any time
- • By creating a profile for a child under 13, parents consent to this data collection
Important: If we discover an account was created by someone under 13, we will immediately terminate the account and delete all associated data.
Information We Collect
Parent/Guardian Accounts (13+)
Google Sign-In (Optional)
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive:
- • Your name and email address from your Google profile
- • A unique Google account identifier to link your account
- • Profile picture (if provided)
We do NOT access your Google contacts, calendar, files, or any other Google services. We only request the minimum permissions needed for authentication.
Unlinking Google Account: You can unlink your Google account at any time through account settings. You must set a password before unlinking to maintain access to your account.
Child Profiles (Under 13)
- • Display name (provided by parent)
- • Task completion data
- • Achievement progress
- • Rewards redeemed
No email, password, or authentication credentials are collected for children under 13.
Child Accounts (13+)
Children 13 and older may create their own accounts with:
- • Email address
- • Password (hashed)
- • Display name
- • Task and achievement data
Usage Data
- • Tasks created, assigned, and completed
- • Points earned and achievements unlocked
- • Rewards created and redeemed
- • App interaction data for improving UX
Technical Data
- • Device type and operating system
- • App version
- • Anonymous analytics for performance
- • IP address (for security/fraud prevention)

AI-Powered Features (Park Ranger)
Our Park Ranger feature uses AI to provide task suggestions and personalized encouragement.
Data Shared with OpenAI
- • Child's display name
- • Task information (titles, descriptions, points)
- • Reward names and descriptions
- • Age range (if provided)
Data NOT Shared
- Email addresses
- Passwords
- Payment information
- IP addresses / Device info
Important: Any personal information you include in task names, descriptions, or rewards will be shared with OpenAI. We recommend avoiding sensitive personal information in these fields.
OpenAI processes this data according to their privacy policy. We do not use Park Ranger features for children's accounts without parental knowledge and consent.

- Use children's data for behavioral advertising
- Share data for marketing purposes

How to Exercise Your Rights
Data Export
Request a copy of your data in JSON format by emailing dataexport@assignmentexpedition.com. We will provide your data within 30 days.
Account Deletion
Delete your account through account settings or by emailing support@assignmentexpedition.com. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
